Naruto learns that the Raikage is furius with Sasuke for what happened to Killer Bee. The Raikage wants to dispose of Sasuke for kidnapping his brother. Killer Bee was kidnapped by Akatsuki because he is the Jinchuuriki for the Eight-tails. He hosts the dreaded octopus-ox beast.
Now Naruto wants to go over to the Raikage to personally ask him to spare Sasuke.
